Unleash your students creative side in our national competition, as they explore the world of commissioning and pitch their own TV show idea to a real Channel 4 Commissioner.
Students will be tasked with creating a TV show idea, focussed around how in our society we are Altogether Different - and celebrating what that means to modern Britain.
View the brief
Your students will need to come up with a show premise, create a pitch and produce either a short teaser trailer or an advertising poster to convince the commissioner theirs is the best idea.
Creativity is king here – but it’s not all the student’s will be judged on. Points will be awarded for how well they have met the brief, presentation of their idea and their showcasing of our differences in society among other factors.
Each school will be able to select up to 3 winners, with prizes for each.
These 3 ideas will be submitted to the National Finals and put in front of our expert judging panel with the national winners getting a money-can’t-buy experience with the opportunity to visit a real Channel 4 set.
Closing date for your 3 entries to the national finals is 1st July 2022 at 4pm.

I'm a digital commissioning exec here at Channel 4, and was previously making original content at LADBible, including MINUTES WITH and celebrity junkets, so I know exactly what makes great content for the youth market.
Your students are exactly the audience we are always trying to reach, so I'm really looking forward to getting to judge all of their great new ideas!
